Fleet mobile app
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-12
This policy covers the Fleet mobile app for iOS and Android (bundle ID com.hoveychen.clawfleet) and the pairing relay it connects to. Fleet is the mobile companion to Claw Fleet, an open-source desktop app. Both are operated by Muvee AI (“we”).
The short version
- Fleet has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share data with anyone for advertising.
- Your coding sessions, decision cards, files and messages live on your own computer. The app only shows them to you.
- Everything travelling between the app and your computer is end-to-end encrypted. The relay that forwards it cannot read it.
How Fleet works
You pair the app with the Claw Fleet desktop app by scanning a QR code. The QR code contains the address of a relay server and a random pairing secret. Both the app and your computer derive two keys from that secret: one identifies your private channel on the relay, the other encrypts every message with AES-256-GCM. The relay only moves encrypted messages between the two ends.
By default the app uses the relay we run at fleet-relay.muveeai.com. You can run your own relay instead; in that case none of the relay data described below ever reaches us.
What data is involved, and where it goes
Stored only on your phone
- Pairing secrets and the list of paired computers, kept in the app’s local storage so you stay paired. Removing a device in the app, or uninstalling the app, deletes them.
- Drafts and display preferences, such as an unsent message, theme and language.
Passed through the relay, end-to-end encrypted
Session lists, decision cards and your answers, conversation messages, wiki documents, usage figures, and any files or text you share into the app. The relay sees only ciphertext. If your computer is offline, an encrypted message may wait in the relay’s memory for up to 10 minutes and is then discarded.
Seen by the relay, not encrypted
- Channel identifier: a value derived from your pairing secret. It routes messages but reveals nothing about their content.
- IP address: used in memory to rate-limit connections. It is written to the relay’s server log only when a connection is rejected for exceeding a limit.
Notifications
The current iOS and Android versions of Fleet do not send push notifications, and do not register with Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging. If a future version adds notifications, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
Camera
Used only to scan the pairing QR code. The image is decoded on your device and is never stored or uploaded.
Microphone and speech recognition
Used only when you tap the voice-input button, to turn speech into text in the message box. Recognition is performed by your phone’s operating system: depending on your device and settings it runs on the device or is sent to Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) for processing under their privacy policies. Fleet does not record or keep audio.
What we do not do
- We do not collect your name, email, contacts or location, and we do not use device identifiers for tracking.
- We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.
Retention and deletion
Data on your phone stays until you remove the device in the app or uninstall the app. Encrypted messages queued on the relay expire after 10 minutes, and rejected-connection log lines are rotated with the relay’s server logs. Because there are no accounts and we hold no readable content, there is nothing else to delete.
Children
Fleet is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13, or under the equivalent minimum age in your country.
Where data is processed
The default relay is hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Using it means the encrypted traffic and the limited data described above are processed there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be mentioned in the app’s release notes.
